About Me

At 55, I’m navigating a full and vibrant life — balancing work, family, stepchildren, and the joy of grandchildren. My mindfulness journey began when I realised I needed a gentler way to move through the overwhelm, to reconnect with myself beneath the noise, routines and responsibilities that come with midlife.

Mindfulness changed everything for me. It helped me become a more patient parent, a more loving partner, a more compassionate friend — and, most importantly, a calmer, more grounded version of myself.

Now, I’m committed to supporting other women as they find their own sense of clarity and calm. Whether you’re navigating the shifts of midlife, moving through menopause, or simply craving space to feel more like yourself again, you’re so welcome here.

Mindfulness helps me focus on what truly matters — and with the right gentle guidance, even the smallest shifts can lead to powerful, positive change.

Tenacious Wellness is a supportive space for women moving through stress, anxiety, and the ever-shifting seasons of midlife.

Everything we offer is rooted in lived experience and chosen with care. Each product has been personally selected because it made a meaningful difference on my own journey — offering clarity, easing overwhelm, and helping me move forward with purpose through menopause, emotional transitions, and daily responsibilities.

Our Four Pillars — Food, Movement, Meditation & Sleep — gently guide every decision we make.
 By nurturing each of these foundations with kindness and intention, you can build balance, strength and a deeper sense of wellbeing.
